LatinSuccess is committed to building stronger bonds between the United States and Latin America, by creating opportunities for senior university students through cultural encounters, personal development programs and exposure to work experience at U.S. corporations, implementing the Leaders of the Americas Program.

The Leaders of the Americas Program is committed to connect, nurture and encourage young generations to go beyond their dreams and reach unprecedented heights.

Goals and Objectives

Fully develop LatinSuccess’ Exchange Program “Leaders of the Americas”, which is: to bring (every year) 90 outstanding Latin American students to the United States, for a period of 30 days; and send 90 outstanding US students to Latin America (also for 30 days). These are prominent senior students who are about to finish their universities studies, visiting the US or Latin America for the first time.

Continue to grow the LatinSuccess BNC Alumni Database Network so Latin American students who have graduated from Binational Centers may stay connected amongst themselves and with US corporations and government, giving the BNC Alumni the ability to upload their resumes, diplomas, recognitions and recommendation letters.
