The goal of LatinSuccess' Exchange Program: Leaders of the Americas is to bring, yearly, 90 outstanding Latin American Students to the United Students and send 90 outstanding US Students to Latin America to form a personal and professional links between people, corporations and institutions in favor of development of the American Continent. This program is designed to build stronger bonds between the United States and Latin America.
Students will be prominent in their area of study who are about to finish their universities studies, visiting the US or Latin America for the first time. Candidates will have to pass a process of selection that starts at the application submission level and finishes with a final interview.
